I work in public sector data and automation, focusing on building pipelines, dashboards, and AI tools that turn existing data into something genuinely useful.

I’m particularly interested in how AI fits into this space, beyond the hype, especially when applied to the messy, unstructured data that builds up across organisations.

  • Integrating websites and applications with internal systems and third-party services to enable joined-up, data-driven services.
  • Embedding WCAG standards into delivery, ensuring services are compliant, inclusive, and built around real user needs.

  • Designing and implementing automation that reduces manual effort, improves consistency, and frees up staff for higher-value work.
  • Connecting fragmented systems using APIs and middleware to create reliable, end-to-end service flows.
  • Working with stakeholders to analyse and reshape processes before automation, improving efficiency, resilience, and user experience.
